تشخيص الوفاة من خلال أربعة خطوات :

1️⃣ Inspection :

عدم وجود حركة في الصدر أو أي جزء من أجزاء الجسم لمدة دقيقة واحدة ..

2️⃣ Palpation :

معناها الفحص باللمس ..

↩️ يعني نفحص النبض الموجود في ال Carotid artery (اللي هو الشريان السباتي الموجود عند الرقبة) ومش هنلاقي فيه نبض لمدة دقيقة .. 

3️⃣ Ausculation :

معناها الفحص بالسماعة .. 

↩️ بنجيب السماعة ونحطها على الصدر والقلب وهنلاحظ غياب صوت ضربات القلب والأصوات الداخلية التانية ..

4️⃣ Eye :

معناها فحص العين ..

↩️ في الحالات الطبيعية والحية بنلاقي حدقة العين بتضيق أول ما نسلط الضوء عليها .. أما بالنسبة للشخص الميت ف مش بنلاقي الإستجابة دي وكمان ملامح القرنية بتبدأ تختفي .. 

☑️ وأخيراً خلال 3 - 4 ساعات هيحصل تيبس لعضلات الجسم ..

 2️⃣ Palpation:

 The meaning of touch examination.

 ↩️ I mean we check the pulse in the carotid artery (which is the carotid artery at the neck) and we won't find a pulse for a minute..

 3️⃣ Ausculation:

 It means stethoscope examination.

 ↩️ We pick up the headset and put it on the chest and heart, and we will notice the absence of the sound of the heartbeat and other internal sounds..

 4️⃣ Eye:

 Meaning of eye examination.

 ↩️ In normal and live cases, we find the pupils of the eye narrow when we highlight it.. As for the dead person, we do not find this response and also the features of the cornea begin to disappear..

 ☑️ Finally, within 3-4 hours, the muscles of the body will get stiff..
